Job summary

Capgemini Mexico seeks a CAE Engineer to lead virtual analysis for suspension and steering across vehicle programs. You will analyze kinematics, stiffness, damping, and tire specs, and perform ride/handling simulations using ADAMS/Car, CARSIM, VI-Car Realtime, and NASTRAN.

You will develop automation routines in MATLAB or ADAMS scripting. Requirements include a Mechanical Engineering degree and 2–3 years' experience with suspension/steering, plus strong English skills and travel to Santa Fe as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2–3 years' experience with suspension/steering kinematics and ride assessments.
Proficiency in CAE tools: ADAMS/Car, CARSIM, VI-Car Realtime, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, MATLAB.
Ability to develop automation and simulation routines using MATLAB or ADAMS scripting.

Responsibilities

Lead CAE and virtual analysis for suspension and steering across vehicle programs.
Analyze and optimize kinematics, compliance, stiffness, damping, and tire specs.
Perform ride and handling simulations including dynamic events.
Develop, validate, and maintain full vehicle/subsystem models in CAE tools.
Provide engineering recommendations to improve ride, handling, and durability.
