Stellantis is seeking a Technical Manager for Beam Axles to lead the releasing team, overseeing design, analysis, release and testing against technical milestones and performance targets. This role demands hands-on leadership in a complex, multi-site program and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelors or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of engineering experience in automotive product engineering design, validation and development.
• Experience leading an engineering team for beam axles preferred.
• Proficiency with propulsion system components and vehicle architecture.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing and quality processes.
• English proficiency strong (read/write).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the beam axles releasing team to manage design, analysis, release and testing per milestones.
• Develop SME expertise for assigned components or assemblies.
• Act as single-point leadership contact for suppliers' product engineering.
• Manage supplier engineering activities, test plans and execution.
• Prepare engineering work plans aligned with program timing and milestones.
• Develop DFMEAs and design validation plans; support system DVP&Rs.
