Alila Mayakoba is seeking a Head Baker to oversee the production and quality of breads and baked goods across hotel outlets. You will ensure hygiene and safety standards, supervise daily operations, and manage inventory and costs, while collaborating with the culinary team on menu development and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3–4 years in a bakery or culinary production, conversational English, and strong leadership with staff scheduling experience.

Formación

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in a bakery or culinary production role within a luxury hotel or upscale environment.
• Conversational English proficiency (approximately 50%).
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Solid organizational and leadership skills, with experience in staff scheduling, training, and team development.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
