Jabil is seeking a Lead Automation Engineering Technician to guide entry- and journey-level technicians, draft design drawings, and provide end-user training on automation technologies. The role supports design engineers and collaborates with assemblers to ensure proper installation and documentation.

You will log engineering times and may take on additional duties as assigned. A two-year technical degree and 7–8 years of automation experience are required.

Formación

• Two year technical degree in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7-8 years progressively responsible experience in automation equipment assembly and installation.
• Experience in EMS industries is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports design of automation equipment and drafts design drawings within area of assignment.
• Leads entry- and journey-level technicians and coordinates with assemblers during equipment assembly.
• Performs equipment installation and end-user training; logs engineering time in tracking system.
