Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, aiming for Q1 2027. The Sr Automation Process Engineer will lead automated lines development, testing, and optimization in Guadalajara, reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar.
- Strong background in automation engineering with previous work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in control & vision systems, PLC programming, Cognex, industrial robotics.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end production line operations, including line installation, setup, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Program Managers and vendors for machinery sourcing and purchasing.
- Develop technical manuals, drawings, models, and preventive maintenance plans for automation equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation framework across projects and products.
- Present automation project updates to multiple levels within the organization and with clients.
