Jabil seeks a Lead Automation Engineering Technician to support design engineers across mechanical, electronics, electrical, and software automation projects. The role leads entry and journey level technicians, drafts design drawings, and provides end-user training on automation technologies.

You will collaborate with internal and external assemblers, log engineering time, and assist with manuals and installation.

Competenze

Two year technical degree required.
Minimum of 7-8 years progressively responsible experience in automation equipment assembly and installation.
Equivalent combination of education, training or experience accepted.

Mansioni

Supports design of automation equipment as assigned (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Software).
Collaborates with Assemblers on equipment assembly.
Assists in drafting design drawings and development of user manuals.
Conducts equipment installation and end-user training.
Logs engineering time in tracking system per project.
May perform other duties as assigned.
