Capital One National Association is seeking an Associate Relations Consultant in Mexico City to provide consultation on HR policies and resolve formal employment complaints. You will act as a subject matter expert to assist leaders and associates in addressing employment, performance, and policy challenges.

The role involves investigating issues, coaching managers, reconciling conflicts, and partnering with Legal, Benefits, and Corporate Investigations to identify compliant solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of client management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve manager and associate issues.
• Provide coaching and guidance to resolve conflicts and disputes.
• Partner with Legal, Benefits, and Corporate Investigations to ensure compliance.
• Review policies that support the associate experience.
• Act as a role model for Capital One values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and problem-solving.
