EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to own scalable autonomous agent systems and production architecture. You will shape production-grade agentive workflows using AWS Bedrock AgentCore, improving evals, tracing, guardrails, and cost controls.

You will develop durable memory/context-management, MCP server integrations, and tool interactions, ensuring reliability at scale across multi-step engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production software.
• 2+ years shipping LLM-based agents to production.
• Proficiency in Python and agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock AgentCore primitives: Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway, Observability.
• Understanding MCP, tool use, memory architectures, and agent evaluation.
• Strong production engineering skills: observability, guardrails, retries, cost control, security boundaries.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Define the architecture to build, deploy, and operate autonomous agents across runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability.
• Champion adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands SDK across agent harnesses and production deployments.
• Architect durable memory and context-management systems across multi-step engagements.
• Create and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations agents invoke (recon, scanners, exploit primitives, internal services).
• Optimize agent reasoning reliability, cost, latency; set standards for evals, tracing, and guardrails.
