EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to lead the Agentic AI initiative, building advanced custom agents and connectors for Google and AWS AI services. You will design scalable backend solutions and align with enterprise objectives.

You will design and implement integration strategies, mentor teammates, and drive fast-paced delivery while upholding strong REST API practices, authentication, error handling, and versioning. English proficiency required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of Python development experience with cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP).
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and RESTful services.
• Proficient in debugging complex production systems and performance tuning.

We are seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to spearhead our Agentic AI initiative, which centers on building advanced custom agents and connectors for Google and AWS AI services.
