A global automotive leader is seeking a Lead Acquisition BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance. Responsibilities include analyzing lead sources and conversion funnels, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, data, or finance, with 3-5 years of experience in data integration. Strong skills in BI tools and advanced analytics are essential. This hybrid role is based in Mexico City.

Formación

Join our team as Lead Acquisition BI Analyst to support our lead generation and customer acquisition efforts a funnel. This role will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance, optimize acquisition funnels, and support strategic decision-making across media, CRM, IA and call center campaigns and channels.

You will:

  • Analyze lead sources, conversion funnels, and campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
  • Identify high-performing acquisition strategies and areas for optimization.
  • Monitor cost-per-lead (CPL), lead quality, and ROI across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting and segmentation.
  • Reporting & Visualization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs related to leads.
  • Deliver regular reports to stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
  • Data Modeling & Insights.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast lead conversion and customer acquisition trends.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to inform targeting strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Work closely with CRM, digital marketing, and sales teams to align data strategies.
  • Provide insights to support media planning, budget allocation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Assist in integrating data from multiple sour.

You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data or finance with emphasis on data.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing data sources and integration.
  • Upper Intermediate English Level.
  • Must have: Solid experience handling different data sources such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, and landing pages. Deep understanding of metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CPL (Cost per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value). BI tools utilization such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik for dashboard creation. SQL, Phyton or R for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and automation
  • Highly desirable: One of the following certifications would be a plus and a competitive strength: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Certificate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP).
