Clarios is seeking a Product Engineering Formation Expert to provide technical expertise across formation processes from development to production. The role will harmonize formation designs globally and support PPAP/auto industry requirements while collaborating with regional teams in the Americas.

The ideal candidate has an MSc in chemistry/physics/materials engineering, strong English, and hands-on experience with Pb-acid battery materials, DOE, and Six Sigma.

Formación

• MSc degree in chemistry/physics/materials engineering or related field.
• Technical maturity and strong scientific background in battery materials/chemistry.
• Experience in lead-acid automotive battery development, lab testing, and R&D.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical SME for formation processes across lifecycle (development to production).
• Consolidate formation programs across plants for optimization and standardization.
• Lead design of experiments and validate battery materials using lab techniques and statistics.
