Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead and manage the Import & Export billing registration and secure the correct payment process of all logistics-related charges to guarantee service continuity. Manage the team's claiming structure, resolving monetary disputes that may arise during daily operations. Oversee and measure logistics KPIs and support monthly follow-up meetings.

Your Impact

As LD&T Analyst, your responsibilities include:

• Create SAP registration for all logistic service invoices.
• Provide the AP team with feedback on pending logistic invoices.
• Analyze and resolve claims sent to the logistic team.
• Calculate and report logistics KPIs monthly.
• Support the monthly logistics meetings.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Commerce or Industrial Engineering. English proficiency required.

Experience

• Previous SAP knowledge and order management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain.
• Problem resolution and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in Logistics, Import/Export processes.
