Job Description

The LCS Cyber Security Coordinator will lead cybersecurity compliance efforts across LCS to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, such as DwS (Deliver-with-Security), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other evolving security standards. Reporting to the LCS Quality & Compliance Manager (Security Leader of Lifecycle Services), this role will functionally lead a team of Cyber Security Leads within the LCS businesses, responsible for the security program within their respective groups. (Note: This position is dedicated to cybersecurity only.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS) and other stakeholders on security requirements, ensuring business compliance.
2. Document requirements related to applicability, impact, risk, and effort, balancing compliance with business objectives.
3. Lead responses to mitigate security risks from various sources including teams, vendors, and partners.
4. Facilitate rollout, training, and execution of security programs across LCS in coordination with OPSS.
5. Communicate regularly with leadership on compliance status, risks, and mitigation plans, advocating for necessary resources.
6. Lead a team of Cyber Security Leads to prioritize and execute security programs, driving continuous improvement.
7. Develop implementation guidance for security requirements to promote consistency and efficiency.
8. Ensure alignment of security processes and best practices across LCS business groups.
9. Create and update security training materials for impacted personnel.
10. Maintain process documentation to support compliance efforts.
11. Lead internal security audits in coordination with the Quality & Compliance team.
12. Develop metrics to measure compliance with security programs.
13. Support vulnerability and risk assessments, drive mitigation efforts, and participate in incident response.
14. Serve as the main contact for security inquiries from customers and auditors, ensuring high-quality responses.
15. Support skills development and qualification of Cyber Security Leads for growth and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
2. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
3. 8+ years of general experience, including 5+ years leading cybersecurity compliance in a global, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000, NIS2, and other standards.
• Basic experience with Rockwell Automation systems and offerings.
• Experience with RASL processes and security requirements from DwS programs.
• Experience evaluating software tools for automation, configuration, and management.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and protocols such as Ethernet/IP.
