Job summary

Ford Champs in Mexico is seeking an entry-level Launch STA Ford Champ for a 12-month period. You will support supplier launch performance, implement process improvements, and mitigate risks using APQP data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.

Interact with cross-functional teams to deliver launches on time and with quality, support data analysis that informs decisions, and help with part quality planning to foster strong supplier relationships. Travel up to 10% for domestic STA/SOT activities.

Qualifications

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
• 90% English proficiency (oral, reading, writing, and listening).
• Strong time and data management skills.
• Analytical skills (data-driven and capable of analyzing multiple scenarios).
• Extra academic achievements are a must! (leadership and collaboration skills)
• Leader in student organizations; above and beyond activities in academics or volunteering.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of program launches.
• Interact and create strong relationships with cross functional teams to deliver launch objectives (on time and quality).
• Support delivery of data analysis (APQP) that leads to sound decisions and tracking of issues identified during launches.
• Support part quality planning to deliver value and strengthen supplier relationships.
