Stellantis Financial Services seeks a maintenance planning professional to coordinate launches with BIW and VPE teams, schedule resources for system modifications, and conduct design reviews with the VPE team. You will coordinate weekend resources with the maintenance and operations teams and ensure safety and efficiency in daily activities.

The role also involves planning weekly manpower for Maintenance leaders and Specialists, evaluating needs against production schedules, and defining budgets

Formación

• Experience coordinating maintenance and production activities in a plant environment.
• Knowledge of data collection processes for parts, interventions and scheduling.
• Strong planning and resource coordination across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate launches with the BIW and VPE teams.
• Schedule resources to support modifications and improvements in the system.
• Conduct design reviews with the VPE team.
• Coordinate weekend activities to align resources with maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance staff to address unsafe conditions and near misses.
• Plan weekly manpower for Maintenance leaders and Specialists.
• Define the budget and monitor the final balance of maintenance costs.

Coordinate activities for all the launches with the BIW team and VPE team. Coordinate weekend activites meeting to coordinate resoruces with the maintenance and operations team. Schedule resoruces required to support the modifications and improvements in the system. Design review with the VPE team. WPI coordination.

Strategic

• To manage the facility cleaning: budget, definition and modification of the cleaning cycles, monitoring of the outside contractors activity. (30.00)
• To ensure the correct data collection process (spare parts, interventions of external scheduled maintenance, manpower scheduling, consumable material, auxiliary material...).

2 Operational

• To be responsible for the integration of his Group/Zone and other Groups/Zones and departments (Shift Managers and PIM’s). (40.00)
• To plan and implement countermeasures in order to solve unsafe conditions and near misses with the support of the maintenance staff.
• To manage safety system ISO 18001.

3 Resource Management

• To plan the weekly manpower planning for all Maintenance leaders and Specialists. (30.00)
• To evaluate and plan the needs of his own Team according to the production planning and the planning activities during the production shut Down.
• To define the Budget and to monitor the final balance of the maintenance cost.
