Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 1 year in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing launches, installation, commissioning or maintenance is preferred.
• Experience in machining and assembly operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support installation, commissioning, validation, and launch of new equipment and production systems.
• Participate in launch activities for new production lines and processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues during startup phases.
• Support equipment acceptance, validation testing, and production readiness reviews.
• Program, monitor, troubleshoot, and modify PLC-controlled systems as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integration and stability.
• Develop and support maintenance strategies, preventive plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate spare parts procurement required for launch readiness.
• Support operator and maintenance training for new equipment and processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve performance and reliability.
• Apply structured problem‑solving for launch‑related issues and ensure safety and quality compliance.
