Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Mexico seeks an Industrial Engineer to manage APQP activities and coordinate program information with Corporate Program Managers, ensuring timely communication across functions at the manufacturing site.

You will review tooling, assess plant capacity for new programs, participate in program management meetings, and support documentation like PPAP, driving launches with cross-functional teams. 3-5 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience on APQP, Project Management, Quality background desirable.

• Coordinate APQP activities and monitor for closure on Trubiquity / VCPROMAP.
• Review Tooling Approval Forms with Process Engineering for accuracy and follow-up.
• Review plant capacity for new programs and report capacity usage.
• Attend and schedule Program Management meetings and provide updates.
• Review and coordinate PPAP documents with responsible function.
• Support internal departments by interacting with external corporate or customer teams.
• Inform General Plant and NA Program Manager on status of new projects and launches.

Responsibilities:

• New programs general and detailed information communication with Corporate Program Managers.

• Communication of new program details to relevant functions at the manufacturing facility.

• Coordination of APQP activities, monitoring and follow-up for achievement and closure on Trubiquity / VCPROMAP

• Review new programs Tooling Approval Forms with Process Engineering, confirm accurancy and follow-up

• Review and monitor Plant Capacity for new programs to confirm new program capacity usage vs available or needed, feedback results.

• Attend scheduled Program Management meetings (internal and external)

• Schedule internal Program Management meetings to update relevant function on status and /or request updates on scheduled activities.

• Review and coordinate customer approval documents (PPAP) with the responsible function.

• Support internal departments providing programs general or specific details by interacting with outside corporate or customer functions.

• Timely informs General Plant and NA Program Manager on the status of new projects and launches

Qualifications:
