Freudenberg Group is seeking an experienced automotive project manager in Querétaro to lead APQP-driven programs from RFQ to EOP. You will act as the primary contact for the customer's APQP team and cultivate relationships with key technical functions to ensure satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include managing projects per APQP/VC ProMap, delivering on quality, cost, and timing, and executing regular reviews. Strong English and PM expertise are required.

Formación

• Preferred mechanical engineering degree and PM-related qualification.
• Experience in automotive project management across programs and launches.
• Familiar with APQP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with technical functions at the customer and support engineering for satisfaction and growth.
• Manage projects per Vibracoustic procedures (APQP/VC ProMap) and take responsibility for quality, cost and timing.
• Ensure clear communication within the project team and conduct status reviews with stakeholders.
• Align milestones with customer requirements and drive project progress.

Responsibilities:

Customer Focus: establish as key contact for customer's APQP team and maintain close relationship

Build up and develop relationship to relevant technical functions at the customer and support customer engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and to enable long-term sustainable growth

Project Management:

Manage assigned projects according Vibracoustic procedure (APQP/VC ProMap).

Take full responsibility for the project results in terms of quality, cost and timing in all phases of the project from RFQ to EOP

Ensure effective communication within the project team - Execute regular project reviews (internal/external) and report on project status

Align VC milestones and actions with customer milestones and requirements.

Qualifications:

Preferred Mechanical engineering degree. Minimum Project Management related degree.

Experience in Project management in automotive industry.

Utilizes standard processes, systems/ tools and control mechanisms to enhance and standardize Program and Launch Management

Specialized Knowledge in :

Analytical thinking

Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures

AVS/NVH product know-how is an advantage.

Ford eAPQP / Schedule A. Stellantis APQP.
