• Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of project information in MAPLE and related systems, aligned with timelines.
• Consolidate, validate, and manage data from cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across documents.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively follow up with stakeholders for updates.
• Maintain monthly pipeline data updates in IBP for forecasts, volumes, and pricing.
• Manage new product-related documentation, templates, and pipeline plans with proper version control.
