Your key responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimize the terminal training system, and develop and implement annual training plans.
  • Research terminal training needs, design & develop training courses.
  • Organize and manage various FF training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Build a team of training instructors and maintain external training resources.
  • Promote the construction of agent headquarters learning organizations and enhance country training participation.
  • Complete other tasks assigned within the group.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in HR resource management, education, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of training experience.
  • Over 3 years of team management experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience in large enterprises.
  • Familiar with training system construction & operation.
  • Rich experience in training project design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning, & team management skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, & adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in the mobile phone industry.
  • Experience using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
