What you’ll do

  1. Drive value and savings to the organization by strategically deploying our Continuous Improvement Program, HPS.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a regional strategy, ensuring alignment with the plant's master implementation plan.
  3. Coach on HPS activities and approaches across all pillars, including on-the-floor activities.
  4. Act as an assessor of integrated activity implementation, calibrate standards with the leadership team.
  5. Participate in all phase assessments to provide a calibrated and objective viewpoint.
  6. Capture and disseminate current best practices for reapplication.
  7. Establish an integrated, seamless working relationship with the plant manager, HPS manager, and the rest of the organization.
  8. Develop the leadership team, especially HPS managers, and lead the network of HPS leaders within the region.
  9. Diagnose activities to identify technical know-how and organizational behaviors that hinder implementation.
  10. Track the progress of cluster sites' master plans, provide advice, detect obstacles, and escalate when necessary.
  11. Work closely with the HPS team to develop and implement standards for the community.
  12. Support the development of methodologies, systems, and tools that increase OEE, reduce maintenance costs, and improve SHEQ KPIs.
  13. Lead workshops involving all plant actors to enhance skills and autonomy of production teams.
  14. Seek state-of-the-art solutions from external sources that could benefit Henkel.
  15. Audit site implementation of HPS to ensure the highest standards of effectiveness.
