Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM, located in Guadalajara. In this role, you will support purchasing operations by processing orders and coordinating with suppliers while maintaining compliance with procurement policies.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and up to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, along with proficiency in English and Portuguese. The position offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related operational functions.
• Experience supporting operations in South America is a plus.
• Knowledge of LATAM customs and trade systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process Purchase Orders for various procurement requirements.
• Support the creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and inquiries.
• Maintain supplier and purchasing information records.
• Partner with teams to resolve procurement and invoice-related issues.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Intermediate English proficiency

Advanced Portuguese proficiency

Intermediate Excel skills

General understanding of procurement processes

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
