Ingredion Incorporated is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst in Guadalajara, Mexico. This hybrid role, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, involves executing end-to-end accounts payable activities, reviewing invoices, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

About the Role

Accounts Payable Analyst – Brazil – Works within the Global Business Services team to support Brazil accounts payable operations. This hybrid role is based in Guadalajara and reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end‑to‑end accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment support, expense review, and vendor account management.
  • Review and verify invoices and financial documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Support payment file preparation, advances processing, and resolution of payment‑related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, audit support, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, procurement, or other finance‑related functions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
