The Coca-Cola Company LATAM is seeking a bold and visionary Director of Safety and Occupational Health to lead a transformational safety strategy across Latin America. You will partner with Bottlers, Vendors, Government Agencies, and internal teams to accelerate the safety culture and strengthen our S&H systems and programs.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in Technical/Safety operations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation and managing change from a safety culture viewpoint.
• Experience across diverse industries including Chemical, Oil & Gas, Automobile, and Pharmaceutical.
• Proven leadership with history of directing large-scale transformations and change management.
• Deep operational experience in Manufacturing or Logistics with Health & Safety leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating concepts into business insights.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and foster a safety culture across diverse teams.
• Languages: Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Elevate the long-term strategy and the Step Change Plan, implement quick wins, and the mid-term initiatives for Safety Culture Transformation in Latin America, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as Bottlers, Vendors, Public Policy, and Government Agencies.
• Champion Safety and Health organizational strategies, embed proactive safety culture into operations and company values.
• Shape, steward, and fast-track safety initiatives across the Operating Unit, ensuring alignment with global Safety commitments.
• Create a ripple effect of change and influence across safety governance, compliance, and innovation schemes to protect employees and elevate reputation.
• Take charge of organizational and capital expenditure decisions related to occupational safety.
• Demonstrate adaptive leadership in managing safety incidents and crisis resolution.
• Act as a true business partner to embed Safety in the business and connect Safety to business outcomes.
• The focus areas include Safety and Health strategy, Governance and Compliance, Innovation, OU Safety and Health network orchestration, and Safety culture and performance excellence.
