Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Strategically lead the Lift & Scale agenda across Latin America, driving cross-market collaboration, long-term growth plans (H2-H3), and the deployment of capabilities, while fostering a leaner, more agile marketing ecosystem through coordinated efforts and shared best practices across OUs, unlocking scalable solutions and regional competitive advantage across different horizons.

Your Impact

As LATAM Marketing Strategy and Lift & Scale Sr Director your scope would consist of:

Individual Accountabilities

  1. Steer and Lead Marketing Integrated Planning Process across LatAm to raise the level of marketing excellence and foster connected strategies (Brand Growth Strategies).
  2. Identify and facilitate Lift & Scale opportunities (create to deploy) across the sector.
  3. Align and collaborate with key areas to accelerate Big Bets deployment, leveraging new capabilities to amplify strategic growth.
  4. Lead deployment of global capabilities to elevate marketing excellence and embed function digitalization.
  5. Shape Growth Strategies (H2-H3) by deploying global capabilities (Science capabilities: TC-PC Growth Model, Cluster model).
  6. Accountable of A&M efficiency across LatAm (Non-working reduction driven by scale), guaranteeing the optimization of resources in alignment with consumer and market requirements.
  7. Lead strategic forums for LatAm, including Creative Council, SPARK, and Tu Conexion Latam.

Shared Accountabilities

  1. Deliver, alongside Create market, sector playbooks to guarantee consistent deployment of strategy across markets.
  2. Partner with global teams to shape the transformation agenda and roadmap for iconic brands, ensuring Latin America’s priorities and needs are represented.(PPG Speedboats).
  3. Engage in project prioritization within overall business portfolio during PSP and AOP.
  4. Promote adoption of S&T Creative Solutions (DAM, etc.) to reduce non-working across LatAm.
