Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Logistics Controller to lead regional finance controls across inbound and outbound logistics for LATAM. You will partner with Operations to close gaps, ensure accurate GL postings, and manage ICC/ICB, pricing, and inventory controls.

You will drive improvements in cost recognition, corrective actions, and governance with a focus on sustainable controls and reliable reporting across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Senior controllership experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Finance with strong balance sheet control mindset.
• Proven experience managing operational finance processes in complex regional environments.
• Finance partner for Operations, driving issue resolution and sustainable improvements.
• Hands‑on experience with ICC/ICB execution processes, end‑to‑end execution monitoring, and governance of logistics costs.
• Experience ensuring accurate pricing execution for intercompany transactions and adders.
• Strong GR/IR process management including aging analysis and root-cause resolution.
• ER P knowledge (SAP) with ability to analyze postings and data extracts.
• Experience building dashboards, trackers, and KPI reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional ownership to monitor ICC/ICB and logistics finance processes in LATAM.
• Reduce execution gaps and improve control hygiene across logistics flows.
• Improve pricing execution and reduce downstream re-pricing activities.
• Enhance GR/IR hygiene and follow‑up with operations and shared services.
• Strengthen inventory controls and enable reliable regional reporting.
• Oversee repair workshop cost recognition, invoicing/backlog visibility, and governance.
