AMBOSS is seeking an experienced LATAM Marketing Specialist to own localized marketing strategies across Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America. You will work with CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative and Product teams while tailoring initiatives to local market nuances, language differences, and region-specific behaviors.

You will develop market insights, adapt global messaging, plan multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO and organic social, and monitor campaigns to

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in LATAM (SaaS or B2C).
• Experience adapting messaging for local cultures and languages.
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing across CRM, paid social, SEM/SEO, and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Develop LATAM market understanding and local exam/education context.
• Adapt global messaging to regional needs and language differences.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO and organic social.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Lead end-to-end projects and collaborate with global teams to scale LATAM best practices.
