Rockwell Automation in Mexico City is seeking an experienced LAR GSM FP&A Manager to lead financial planning for Latin America. You will report to the Americas Senior Finance Manager and manage the LATAM FP&A team, delivering analysis to guide sales and spend decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese a plus; hybrid work arrangement with strong collaboration across regional BU leaders.

Formación

• Minimum five years of finance and/or accounting experience in budgeting, reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles in a US GAAP environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAP, Oracle Financial Management and HP.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business decision support and oversight of FP&A processes for Orders, Sales and Spend.
• Oversee monthly results, risks, opportunities, and actions to improve performance.
• Create Annual Operating Plan in collaboration with finance teams and business partners.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and regular outlooks with BU finance teams.
• Lead FP&A team in Latin America and align with Sales Incentive plans.
• Ensure data supports GSM leadership decision making and financial performance.
