Otis SE is seeking a strategic FP&A Supervisor to support the Mexico region with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. You will partner with the FP&A Head to consolidate regional financials and provide actionable insights.

Requirements include a Finance degree, 4+ years in FP&A, proficiency in Excel and Power BI (HFM/JDE a plus), and fluency in English and Spanish. Based in Mexico City, you will influence decisions in a global, multicultural organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within a multinational or regional scope.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end FP&A activities at the Mexico level (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling).
• Partner with the FP&A Head to consolidate regional financials and provide insights for leadership decisions.
• Develop, track, and optimize KPIs to measure regional performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Act as a business partner to regional and country operations teams, delivering actionable financial insights.
• Provide hands-on support to specific markets as needed, with a strong focus on Mexico.
• Conduct scenario planning, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decisions.
