Job summary

Nike Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead LATAM Digital Commerce & Supply Chain technology initiatives. You will translate local market needs into technical requirements and collaborate with geo product and engineering teams to align with global platform strategy.

You will oversee the digital commerce application catalogue, manage vendor relationships, and ensure production performance with incident/problem management focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years in Digital/Information technology and Supply Chain
• Experience supporting eCommerce systems and integration front-end and back-end
• Strong knowledge of incident / problem / knowledge management

Responsibilities

• Lead LATAM Digital Commerce & Supply Chain work for the territory, delivering and operationalizing capabilities in partnership with tech teams
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for local and global solutions
• Collaborate with geo technical product and engineering organizations to align with global platform strategy
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and partner platforms, monitoring incidents and performance
