Job summary

Nike, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst for the México region to drive data-driven decision making across LATAM. You will design, develop and support analytics solutions that align with global platforms and local market needs.

You will lead data-driven apps and reporting initiatives, partner with Geo Engineering, and ensure timely delivery of insights for senior leadership while managing stakeholder expectations in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in visualization, data modeling, presentation, and governance.
• Experience with Cognos, Power BI, SAP, AWS Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau and Domo.
• Experience with Airtable, JIRA, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand their needs in a complex digital marketplace.
• Package data for presentation and deploy reporting and analytics services/tools.
• Build and deploy quantitative research, casual inference and predictive models.
• Deploy forecasts and report KPIs for senior leadership.
