Mattel is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Cost Analytics & Performance LATAM in Mexico City to monitor product cost, inventory, and logistics-related cost of sales across LATAM. You will partner with FP&A, Controllership, and Supply Chain to strengthen reporting and drive cost performance improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a finance or accounting field required.
• 3–4 years in Finance/FP&A/Cost accounting or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze product cost, inventory, and logistics-related cost of sales for LATAM.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and proper documentation.
• Explain variances in Gross Margin vs Budget/Forecast/Prior Year.
• Participate in SOX controls and maintain supporting evidence.
• Automate reports and tooling to improve speed and consistency.
• Identify process improvements to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, FP&A, Controllership, and Global teams.
• Support financial evaluation of logistics and supply chain projects.
