Job Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in key areas such as fleet and facilities management, insurance, legal compliance, and general operations . This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle accident reports, insurance communications, report generation, fleet tracking, and inventory management . The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in Excel, and comfortable working with third-party software for fleet tracking and reporting .

Responsibilities
  • Assist with accident reports and insurance-related tasks , including claims documentation and provider communication.
  • Maintain and update fleet management reports , including DVIR reports .
  • Track and manage inventory of office and operational supplies .
  • Support legal and compliance-related administrative functions.
  • Utilize Excel and specialized software to generate reports and track data.
  • Manage a broad range of operational tasks with precision and efficiency .
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred) for seamless communication.
  • Experience in administrative operations , particularly in fleet management, legal, insurance, or compliance is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong data organization and reporting skills.
  • Experience with third-party tracking software (e.g., fleet management tools) is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities .
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt to various software platforms .
