Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Last Mile Execution to lead the day-to-day management of the Last Mile operation, including Debrief Operations & Dispatch, overseeing the On the Road (OTR) delivery once orders reach customers.

You will support a DSP team, drive data analysis, metrics reviews, and align with multiple teams to improve safety, quality, and customer experience across the operation.

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Last Mile Execution, with four key areas that you’ll always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your Operation.

This role requires working with multiple business and technical teams across the company to manage successful On The Road (OTR) performance, driving continuous improvement and enhancing carrier performance. The candidate must be effective in influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, multiple support teams, multiple carrier partners and senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities

You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible of the day to day management of the Last Mile Operation, Debrief Operations & Dispatch Operations; overseeing the On the Road (OTR) operation that focuses on the delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers.

Supporting a team of Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the last mile operation, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, data analysis, metrics reviews and communicating with DSPs including management representatives and their drivers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
