A landscaping service provider is seeking a Landscape Designer to join their remote team. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to accurately draw residential properties using satellite imagery. Candidates should have a degree in Landscape Design or a related field, strong spatial awareness, and attention to detail. Responsabilidades

• Use ArcSite and satellite imagery to accurately locate and draw residential properties.
• Produce clean, precise layout plans for Phase 2 and Phase 3 designers.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure drawings match client property conditions.
• Maintain accuracy in site measurements and provide clear annotations.
• Submit completed drawings following workflow standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a Landscape Designer to join our Design Team. This role is responsible for the first step in our design workflow: accurately drawing and locating homes using satellite imagery and ArcSite. Your work creates the base plan that drives all subsequent phases of landscape and 3D design, ensuring clarity, precision, and efficiency across projects.

What You’ll Do

Use ArcSite and satellite imagery to accurately locate and draw residential properties.

Produce clean, precise layout plans for Phase 2 and Phase 3 designers.

Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure drawings match client property conditions.

Maintain accuracy in site measurements and provide clear annotations.

Submit completed drawings following Haven Hub workflow standards.

Communicate with project managers and design team members to resolve site data ambiguities.

Preferred:

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Access to a computer and iPad for daily design work.
