• 7+ ans d'expérience en développement et support Java/J2EE.
• Compétence dans les environnements multi-serveurs (Tomcat, JBoss, etc.).
• Connaissance des modèles de support L2+/L3 et des outils de production.

Responsabilidades

• Fournir un support de niveau supérieur pour les environnements Java/J2EE.

Join Our Team as an L3 Support Java Specialist - Mexico Fully Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java professional to join our support team. If you have extensive experience in Java, J2EE, and a solid background supporting complex enterprise environments, this opportunity is for you.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development and support
• Expertise in REST API, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
• Experience working with multi-server environments such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
• Strong database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)
• Proficiency in Unix and scripting languages (Shell, Perl)
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools like AutoSys, Procmon, and Crontab
• Hands-on experience with IDEs such as Eclipse and NetBeans
• Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins
• Understanding of support models (L2+/L3) and production tooling (Jira, ServiceNow)

Soft Skills:

• Proactive with excellent teamwork and communication
• Empathetic, responsible, committed, and adaptable

Additional Details:

Location: Fully Remote Mexico,
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Language: Advanced English
