Descripción

1. Ensure optimum performance and stability of Biovia One Lab and other lab-based applications.
2. Provide 2nd/3rd line support for technical queries, bug fixes, and small enhancements related to applications and platforms.
3. Comply with ITIL standards and change control procedures in all support activities.
4. Take ownership of issues from delivery through resolution or escalation, as appropriate.
5. Develop and maintain specialist knowledge in relevant systems.
6. Work on application upgrades, including major versions and hot fixes.
7. Perform parser migrations as required.
8. Troubleshoot pipeline integrations to ensure smooth data flow.
9. Execute manual backup/restoration and disaster recovery procedures.
10. Liaise with multiple stakeholders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, and 3rd party software vendors.
11. Collaborate on issue resolution and potential process improvements.
12. Provide end-to-end support for applications, ensuring user satisfaction.
13. Document and share specialist knowledge with global teams as required.
14. Train, guide, and mentor new hires in the team.
15. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Perfil buscado

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a pharmaceutical or laboratory environment.
2. Strong knowledge of laboratories applications.
3. Proficiency in ITIL standards and change control procedures.
4. Experience with application upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancements.
5. Familiarity with parser migrations and pipeline integrations.
6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
9. Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
10. Knowledge of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.

Qué Ofrecemos

$50,000 - $60,000 Gross Salary + benefits above the law.
