L3 Salesforce Support Engineer

Summary

eClerx is looking for a skilled Salesforce developer. The candidate should possess essential developer skills such as technical specification writing, version control, unit testing, and agile methodologies.

Your primary function will be to investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stakeholders, and other engineering teams. You will serve as a point of escalation for support issues from the help desk. Candidates should work closely with the engineering team to resolve these issues. Create documentation/runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support role diagnosing and fixing coding issues within defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues.
  • Influence and suggest improvements on the roadmap to enhance client experience, focusing on portfolio analytics.
  • Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.
  • Execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating resolution of repeat issues.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 2-5 years of prior experience with the Salesforce software ecosystem including Lightning, Apex, Integrations, and Visual Force.
  • Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
  • Experience in the Finance or FinTech industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Experience with data modeling.
  • Experience with process modeling tools and best practices.
  • Exposure to ETL tools - preferably Informatica.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a similar technical domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build consensus with others and work independently to complete tasks on time.
