Summary
eClerx is looking for a skilled Salesforce developer. The candidate should possess essential developer skills such as technical specification writing, version control, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
Your primary function will be to investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stakeholders, and other engineering teams. You will serve as a point of escalation for support issues from the help desk. Candidates should work closely with the engineering team to resolve these issues. Create documentation/runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.
