Kraken is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help evolve and scale our Kubernetes platform as a core part of our infrastructure. You will join a senior group working with SRE, Networking, and Security to deliver a stable, scalable platform for Kraken workloads.

The role emphasizes hands-on Kubernetes operations, multi-datacenter deployments, and automation to reduce toil while maintaining reliability.

Formación

• 3+ years in SRE/DevOps or related roles.
• Strong ability to guide stakeholders and resolve Kubernetes requests.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
• Proficient Linux knowledge, networking basics, and shell usage.
• Experience with Kubernetes internals and orchestration concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster operations and deployment.
• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
• Triage infrastructure issues and learn systems practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex problems.
• Develop automation to improve team efficiency and reduce toil.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability.
