Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior frontend architect to design and lead scalable, accessible, high-performance web applications. You will define frontend architecture, establish standards, select frameworks, and design systems in collaboration with UX/UI teams.

The role emphasizes performance optimization, testing, cross-browser compatibility, and robust deployment strategies, with work modality options including remote, hybrid, or on-site across CDMX, GDL, and AGS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in frontend development and 2+ years in architecture.
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of microfrontend architecture, SSR (Next.js/Nuxt), and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define the frontend architecture (SPA, microfrontends, SSR).
• Establish development standards (componentization, responsive design, accessibility).

Your role

To design and lead the architecture of scalable, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications, aligned with modern web development and user experience standards.

• Define the frontend architecture (SPA, microfrontends, SSR, etc.)
• Establish development standards (componentization, responsive design, accessibility)
• Select frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Design design systems

Your profile

• 5+ years in frontend development, 2+ years in architecture
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Knowledge of microfrontend architecture
• Experience with SSR (Next.js, Nuxt, etc.)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/Text-to-Screen
• Experience with tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs
