About the role of Kids for All Seasons Attendant:

The Kids for All Seasons Attendants are responsible for the overall entertainment of all children that stay at the Hotel/Resort. This involves caring for all children enrolled in the KFAS program, leading arts & crafts, instructing games, etc., and supervising children at play both in the Activity Center and outdoor areas including the Tennis Courts, Lawns, and Pool areas.

What you will do:

  1. Prepare the KFAS facility daily to handle a minimum of 5 children.
  2. React to changes in scheduling, weather, or number of children with a prepared backup plan.
  3. Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building.
  4. Promote and upsell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in Opera and Golden System.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in reservations or guest relations.
  • Two (2)+ years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Understand and deliver high-quality, luxury service standards.
  • Guest centricity and understanding of guest preferences.
