Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a sales strategy focused on biannual goals and sustainable growth.
Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities within the food industry.
Conduct effective technical visits to detect customer needs and offer tailored engineering solutions.
Provide technical-commercial consulting on spray systems and application engineering.
Coordinate on-site product tests, demos, and post-sale activities that deliver real value.
Prepare quotes and proposals aligned with company technical and commercial standards.
Actively participate in marketing campaign design based on field insights.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and lead corrective action plans.
Support the collection process to ensure timely payments from your customer portfolio.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
Age: 30 – 42 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) with a strong technical-commercial focus.
English: 90% proficiency (B2 Level or equivalent: FCE / TOEFL IBT 87-109 / TOEFL PBT 567-633).
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to travel frequently; must have a valid passport and U.S. visa.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the food industry.
Solid knowledge of the end-to-end sales process and annual sales planning.
Proficiency in CRM systems, KPI tracking, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of food safety regulations and industrial production processes.
Familiarity with automation, electrical control, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial software platforms.
What We Offer
Monthly gross salary of $30,000 MXN (subject to review based on experience and skills).
Commission scheme with an average of $8,000 MXN per month from an active portfolio.
