Formación

You will focus on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, hospitality & tourism, communications and marketing, or similar.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in consultative sales.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Key responsibilities
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Introduce and track client information and market data through the CRM platform to fulfill commercial goals and KPIs.
  • Identify leads, build long-term relationships, present all our service categories, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
