Una empresa líder en el cuidado personal busca un Gerente de Cuenta en Guadalajara. El puesto implica gestionar cuentas clave, alcanzar objetivos de ventas y desarrollar relaciones con clientes regionales. Se valorará experiencia en el canal farmacéutico y habilidades lingüísticas en inglés. Esta es una oportunidad en un entorno inclusivo donde se prioriza el desarrollo de los empleados.

Formación

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas y 2 años en Retail.
  • Deseable experiencia en Farmacias Guadalajara.
  • Estar basado en Guadalajara.

Responsabilidades

  • Cumplir con objetivos de ventas y gestionar cuentas clave.
  • Desarrollar estrategias y planes de negocio para cada cliente.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas financieras.

Position Summary

This position requires ensuring the compliance of the sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the company and at the same time ensures a healthy financial account management. Apply innovative sales tactics and strategies in regional retailers, to gain competitive advantages. Increase market share for the categories through sales tactics and promotional activities. It is the link between the company and the main regional customers.

Universal Accountabilities

  • Established Track record of Sales results
  • Able to influence in a positive way in other Areas.
  • Develop, Follow Up and Achieve Strategies and Annual Business Plans for each customer.
  • Increase Market Share and Self among each customer for each category
  • Review and ensure customers monthly sell-out growth.
  • Management of the ambiguity where the brand is not ours. Look for new and different clients.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Achieve KPI´S and Goals such as: Sales Goals, SOM, DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and Forecast Accuracy for each customer.
  • Manage Regular and top to top meetings with buyers and directors to ensure results
  • Ensure and Achieve Financial Targets for Sales and InvestmentKPIS
  • Ensure Collection of each customer sales.
  • Track of all customers PO’s and invoices.
  • Provide monthly Forecast feedback of base portfolio and building block activities.
  • Self-motivation
  • Management of tactical plans and levers for Sell Out

Required Skills and Experience

  • Administrative Degree
  • At least 5 Years of experience in Sales
  • At least 2 years of experience in Retail Stores
  • Good English Conversation and Written Communication
  • Strong change management capabilities
  • High self-motivations skills
  • Critical Thinking
  • Result-orient
  • Experience in the Pharma channel.
  • Desirable to have worked with Farmacias Guadalajara.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Master’s Degree or Diploma in management skills
  • Based in Guadalajara

Working Relationships

  • Experience in influencing results for Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Financial Areas
  • Top to top meeting with strategic customers.
  • Experience with Sales Force Execution and POS
