What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the front line of outreach — identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and creating opportunities that drive growth. You’ll also support the client’s sales and marketing efforts with strategic engagement and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to spark new business conversations
- Research and identify ideal clients and key decision-makers
- Keep outreach data and lead info organized in CRMs and spreadsheets
- Schedule discovery or intro calls with the business owner
- Follow up with prospects and manage responses across channels
- Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms to warm up leads
- ️ Contribute to messaging strategy and execute light marketing tasks
- Collaborate closely with the client to refine outreach tactics and support growth goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident making outbound calls and sending persuasive messages
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets for lead tracking
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a remote setting
