Key Account Manager Responsibilities
  • Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Drive growth across product lines with deep market and product knowledge.
  • Supervise planning processes, set strategic goals, and ensure key success factors.
  • Provide technical, scientific, and marketing support to local and regional distribution channels.
  • Manage sales plans and marketing activities to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and review processes, leading their implementation within your team.

This role is based in Mexico City, primarily remote, and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. You will be part of the Sales team, contributing to our mission to reimagine healthcare.

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in health sciences or related fields (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with market knowledge.
  • Experience with corporate tools (ERP, reporting, processes).
  • Knowledge of key players in the Mexican market.
  • Proven sales success and objection management skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Laboratory routine experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of tender processes.
