Rocket Lab busca un Gerente de Cuentas Clave para unirse a su equipo en Ciudad de México. Esta posición implica gestionar relaciones con clientes estratégicos y desarrollar estrategias personalizadas para asegurar la satisfacción y lealtad del cliente. El candidato ideal debe poseer habilidades excepcionales de negociación y capacidad para resolver problemas, así como experiencia en el manejo de cuentas en sectores diversos como entretenimiento y automotriz.

Formación

  • Foco en cuentas importantes y estratégicas.
  • Experiencia previa en clientes no tradicionales en industrias como entretenimiento y automotriz.
  • Capacidad para adaptar estrategias a las necesidades del cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Mantener y expandir relaciones con clientes estratégicos.
  • Desarrollar planes específicos para cada cuenta clave.
  • Coordinar con departamentos internos para asegurar entregas.

Key Account Manager

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • KAM, Category non traditional
  • Focus on the most important clients for the company, often large accounts or strategic clients. The goal is to maintain and expand the relationship to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. (Industries like entertainment, music, travel, automotive, gaming, gambling, etc.)
  • Hunting, seeking new potential clients for 360 campaigns with different strategies.
  • Developing personalized strategies: designing and implementing specific plans for each key account, adapting to their needs and objectives.
  • Communication and coordination: acting as the main contact point between the client and the company, coordinating with internal departments (sales, marketing, logistics, support) to ensure delivery as per agreements.
  • Problem solving: handling and resolving any issues that arise in the client relationship, including managing complaints, conflicts, and seeking effective solutions.
  • Performance analysis: monitoring and analyzing the performance of key accounts, evaluating KPIs such as customer satisfaction and sales volume, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation and sales: participating in negotiations with top global makers across industries to maximize sales opportunities and ensure terms are met.
  • Identifying growth opportunities: seeking ways to expand the relationship, such as offering new products or services of interest to the client.
