The Key Account Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities in new markets and areas
  • Driving growth across product lines
  • Possessing deep knowledge of products and markets to develop strategies for each product line
  • Supervising planning processes to set short, medium, and long-term goals, priorities, strategies, and programs, ensuring key success factors and strategic issues are addressed
  • Providing technical, scientific, and marketing support to local and regional distribution channels (BCLA) to meet sales objectives
  • Ensuring results through sales planning and marketing activities
  • Consulting with executive management to define and review processes and overseeing their implementation through team leadership

This position is part of the Sales team, located in Ciudad de Mexico, and will be remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be part of the Sales team and report to the Regional Sales Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A degree in health sciences or related fields (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 3-5 years of sales and market experience
  • Experience with corporate tools (ERP, processes, reporting)
  • Knowledge of key players in the Mexican market
  • Proven experience in value-based sales and objection handling
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency

Preferred additional experience includes:

  • Salesforce management
  • Direct and indirect sales management
  • Laboratory routines
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of tender processes
