A leading beverage company seeks a Key Account Executive to enhance its market position in Tultitlan. The role involves managing key accounts, building relationships, and developing sales strategies for Bacardi's products. YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be responsible for the attention of the most important and trendsetters’ outlets in your area, generating the most appropriate sell strategy to each one, also educating and motivating the sell staff in order to create sustained growth of sales and awareness to our portfolio; therefore, It will boost the performance and growth of Bacardi brands in its territory by negotiating commercial terms and building lasting relationships with customers. Your strong communication, presentation, networks, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
• Deliver results and excellence in execution.
• Comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, picture of success in each customer service.
• Develop and manage the sales plan for your territory (Logical Paths) based on the delivery of business priorities.
• Manage the performance of the territory / channel / account on a monthly / quarterly basis, working with the clients / distributor to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with Bacardi Scorecard.
• Act as the leading contact with the client, creating effective long-term relationships with customers.
• Monitor the activities of the competition and generate action plans based on the analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day-to-day operational questions / problems.
• Implement the best standardized business practices.
• Have a thorough knowledge of Bacardi history and culture.
• Connect resources and capabilities (for example, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Point of Sale (POS), research, sales of support materials) to support local business objectives
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
• At least 3 years of experience in a Commercial role for an FMCG Company, preferably with focus on the On-Trade Channel (Restaurants, Bars, night clubs). Alcoholic beverage industry experience is a plus.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication, storytelling
• Effective use of networking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel & Power Point).
• Fluency in languages. (English and Spanish)
