Join our Commercial/Sales team as a Key Account Executive. You’ll develop and execute a joint business plan for one of the most relevant Regional Accounts Customers, increasing demand for our brands, leading categories, development, and growth through a strong Road To Market and negotiation strategy. You will also collaborate closely with a multifunctional team to drive customer exponential growth and flawless execution across our categories.

This remote role is open to candidates located in Chihuahua. Travel is required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Mindset: Assure execution of the master plan and 5P´s strategy. Define business priorities aligned with the Joint Business Plan. Conduct monthly business reviews with the customer to follow up on JBP results.
  • Maintain healthy partnerships: Lead Customer Strategy & Plans to ensure volume, net sales, gross margin, accounts receivable, and specific KPIs. Maintain client relations to build an excellent reputation for service and generate repeat business. Interact regularly to secure sell-out deliveries and stock availability.
  • Sales Project Management: Drive sales execution for Alsuper & Smart, ensuring the proper implementation of the 5Ps in the account, country, or territory, with effective and efficient use of resources. Perform business reviews to ensure compliance with the plan and make necessary adjustments. Supervise and analyze store performance, determine action plans for improvements, and ensure effective customer service.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing accounts.
  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial planning and reporting basics.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
